Radio the simple way
This portable radio brings back the pleasure of just switching on and tuning in. It runs on a built-in rechargeable battery that you top up over USB, so it works in the kitchen, the garden or a tent. A DSP chip sharpens reception across FM, AM and shortwave, the telescopic aerial pulls in stations clearly and the 5W speaker is loud enough for music, sport and the news. Large buttons, a big tuning dial and simple volume keys make it ideal for older listeners and anyone who does not want fiddly menus.
Why you'll love it
- AM, FM and shortwave: Three bands with a DSP chip for cleaner reception
- Rechargeable: Built-in battery, charged over USB
- Loud 5W speaker: Clear sound for talk, music and sport
- Easy for all ages: Big tuner dial and simple buttons – great for seniors
- Compact and portable: Telescopic aerial, handy size for any room or trip
Perfect for: Christmas gifts for grandparents, kitchens, workshops, camping and power cuts
